"Production of the 2021 Enclos Tourmaline is down by around two-thirds this year, but the wine shows potential, exhibiting aromas of plums, cherries, licorice and rose petals, followed by a medium to full-bodied and fleshy palate with powdery structuring tannins and a lively spine of acidity.
