Shipping policy
Double P Imports can currently ship wine directly to customers in the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
It is ILLEGAL to ship to any state not listed above

If the recipient address is located in one of the illegal states and is a "licensed consignee" such as a store, restaurant, bar, hotel, etc. that holds a liquor license in your state, we can ship to them.
Shipping in Summer: Because of possible damage to the wine being shipped, we will not ship from May-Sept or temps exceed 78 degrees from our shipping location. We will gladly store your purchase at no extra charge if you choose. If you would like the wine delivered regardless, we will offer overnight shipping and you will be responsible for the extra charges as well as sign a waiver that we are not responsible for damage to the wine that may occur. By signing the release, Double P Imports LLC will not be held responsible for the following examples, but not limited to; Cooked wine from heat, leakage of wine around cork, cork release, and damage to the labels from leakages.
Shipping in winter months: Wine can also be damaged when temperatures dip below freezing. Therefore, we will not ship if either the shipping or receiving locations have temperatures below freezing. We can store your wine at no additional costs. If you still would like to ship, we will offer overnight shipping and you will be responsible for the extra charges as well as sign a waiver that releases Double P Imports from damage that may occur during shipping.
