"The 2021 Peby-Faugeres is a gorgeous Saint-Emilion. Inky dark red cherry, lavender, chocolate, leather, licorice, and incense fill out the layers, all framed by a generous kiss of new French oak. Peby is not materially better or more complex than Faugeres, it's just done in a richer, more flamboyant style"
