For years, the Venissa project has been implementing practices of natural agriculture in the vineyard. With the vintage of Venissa Bianco 2018, the first under the guidance of Matteo Bisol, it continues to pursue its vision by extending it from the vineyard to the cellar, adopting winemaking techniques that involve spontaneous fermentations and bottling without filtration
Tasting notes
"Deep golden in color, it reveals aromas of citrus peel, dried fruit, and blond tobacco on the nose. It has a gentle bouquet. On the palate, it is structured and full-bodied, fresh and lively. Notes of honey, chamomile, and spices emerge in the dry and savory finish. The closure is intense and persistent. This wine already evokes emotions, with the promise of splendid aging."
