Winemaker’s Notes

Village of Origin: Bourgogne – Côte de Beaune – Volnay Village

Aging: 100% in new oak barrels, 36 months drying, ‘vinification intégrale’.

Tasting Notes – Nose: Cherry – radiant – black fruit – blackberries. Palate: Very delicate tannins. Good length with mineral overtones – very elegant and crisp – slightly woody – very fresh.10
