Village of Origin: Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet

Aging: 100% in one 350l new oak barrel.

Tasting Notes –  Nose: Acacia white blossom – orange blossom. Sweet spices and beeswax – lime. Palate: Pure and powerful on the palate – Rich and precise – Very pure – Complex minerality – salty finish. Full of energy with a lasting finish.
