Size: 750mL
Appellation: DO, Rías Baixas
Vineyard Profile: In old country houses known as “pazos”, surrounded by forests and vineyards, Galician witches conjured up spirits through magic and dance. And so the sap, the lifeblood, coursed through the vines, filling them with vitality. Like the Albariño grapes that give birth to this wine.
Tasting Notes: Luminous and clear straw yellow color. Clean and intense floral aromas with deliciously ripe citrus notes (pineapple preserves). Rich and flavourful, with lush extract and a seductive midpalate.
Reviews:
90 James Suckling
"Oyster shells, fresh lemon zest, fennel and some blanched almonds to the nose. Crisp and medium-bodied on the palate with fresh acidity and some grapefruit skin in the finish."
92 Wine Enthusiasts
"Aromas of pineapple and dried sage leaf pave the way for refreshing flavors of grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit and orange blossom. This nicely textured wine is bright from first sip through the finish."
