Appellation Surface Area: This Bourgogne Chardonnay is made with Burgundy from Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint Romain and Auxey-Duresses.
Aging: 5% in new oak barrels, the rest in barrels from one or two vintages.
Tasting Notes – Nose:Slightly spicy white flower. Hints of pink grapefruit. Palate: Clean, concentrated and delicate on the palate. Good energy and a fine minerality. Well-balanced. A wine for all occasions.
