Village of Origin: Bourgogne – Côte de Beaune – Volnay village

Aging: 50% in new oak barrels – 50% ‘vinification intégrale’.

Tasting Notes: Nose: Very ripe red berries – hints of pepper. Palate: Tannic – silky – good length on the palate – very fresh with spicy overtones.
