Winemaker’s Notes

Village of Origin: Bourgogne – Côte de Beaune – Volnay Village

Aging: 50% in new oak barrels – 50% ‘vinification intégrale’.

Tasting Notes: Nose: Red berries – cherry stones. Palate: Very silky tannins – good balance – A very elegant and feminine wine – very characteristic of a Volnay – good length.
