Winemaker’s Notes

Village of Origin: Bourgogne – Côte de Beaune. Lieux-dit : Narvaux – Tillets – Limosin – Chevalières – Petits Charrons.

Aging: 20% in a 350l new oak barrel for 10 months.

Tasting Notes – Nose: Delicate citrus and white blossom – Slightly buttery. Palate:Pure – full-bodied and precise on the palate – good energy – a mineral finish. Slightly salty.
