"The 2023 Pastourelle de Clerc Milon is a powerful wine. Cabernet Sauvignon drives the feel this year, and that makes the 2023 a decidedly serious—almost somber—Pastourelle. It has plenty of depth but less of the fruit-forward raciness of most years. Black cherry, gravel, menthol, licorice and dried herbs linger on the Cabernet Sauvignon."
