From the Winery:

Our flagship white wine blend sourced from small vineyards around the Napa Valley. The three grape varietals, Tocai Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and Chardonnay, are harvested separately, and fermented independently in French Oak and stainless steel tanks until blending six weeks before bottling. The Tocai and Ribolla build the aroma and flavor profile of the wine, while the Chardonnay adds to the wine’s structure. The wine is fresh and subtle and fulfills the promise set forth years ago to bottle memorable white wines, unique amongst the whites of California.

Grapes: 53% Tocai Friulano, 39% Ribolla Gialla and 8% Chardonnay

Sulfur: 20 parts per million cells, I.e. less than 0.02%

Alcohol: 12.8% by Volume

French Oak: 100% neutral French oak for six months

95pts Wine Enthusiast

"This is a consistently beautiful and beguiling white wine, a blend of Tocai Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and Chardonnay, the latter from Hyde Vineyards. Structured, mineral-driven and explosive in flavors of lemon zest, green apple and wet stone, it is a wine well worth stocking."

91pts Wine Spectator

"A savory thread of saline and beeswax stays in the background of this fleshy white, with refreshing pear, white peach, yellow apple and melon flavors. Notes of dried ginger emerge on the finish, finding balance between power and restraint. Tocai Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and Chardonnay. Drink now."
