Winemaker’s Notes

Village of Origin: Bourgogne – Côte de Beaune – Village de Puligny-Montrachet

Aging: 60% in a 350l new oak barrel, the rest in single-vintage barrels for 13 months.

Tasting Notes – Nose:Lemon and mandarin blossom. Pink grapefruit – Very fresh. Palate: Powerful – rich – full-bodied. Intense minerality – superb salinity. Full of energy – well-balanced. Very complex.
