Village of Origin: Bourgogne – Côte de Beaune
Aging: 50% in new oak barrels, the rest in single-vintage barrels for 12 months.
Tasting Notes – Nose: Very floral – acacia – lime – delicate mandarin. Palate: Very pure – full-bodied without feeling heavy. Very precise. Excellent minerality. A fine representation of the appellation.
